New Twist In The Bonita Case-Very Bad News For Parfait Ayissi

After being arrested by the judicial police of Yaoundé in December, Parfait Ayissi is now indicted for investigations in the context of the complaint filed by the father of the girl of Obala for rape and other acts.

He had presented himself in December before the public prosecutor's office of the Mfoundi High Court, henceforth he would enjoy only one freedom under presentation of guarantees of representation according to the communique of the group of lawyers.

Following the complaint filed by the father of Bonita to the judicial police of Yaounde for rape, among others, and after preliminary investigation, the file was transmitted to the prosecutor's office of the High Court of Mfoundi in Yaoundé.

In the light of the facts and in accordance with the law, the Public Prosecutor's Office has ruled that there are sufficient serious and concordant charges that warrant judicial investigation.
In other words, the prosecutor's office decided to prosecute Sieur Ayissi Etoa Parfait, a journalist working for the Television Vision 4 channel.

It should be pointed out that in the case of facts described as a crime, a judicial inquiry is mandatory.
